Cancellation Policy
Recommendations Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. We do not offer a grace period, and classes start on time. Once the door is closed, entry will no longer be permitted. Please respect your body's limits and inform the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns before each class. No phones during class. Please keep them silent mode or turned off. Please avoid eating for at least 90 minutes before your practice. Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or fragrances, as they may interfere with the practice of others. We recommend practicing barefoot, wearing comfortable clothing, and bringing a towel for perspiration if needed. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have one, we are happy to provide one for you. After class, please leave the mat clean. Parking is available outside the studio. YOGALITA – Cancellation Policy At YOGALITA, every class is intentionally kept small to create a personal, peaceful, and mindful experience. With only a limited number of spaces available, we kindly ask you to respect the following cancellation policy. Group Classes Cancellations are free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled class. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class, or failure to attend without prior notice (No Show), will be considered a completed class and deducted from your class pass. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking as early as possible so another student has the opportunity to join. Private Sessions Private sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or missed appointments, will be charged in full. Late Arrival To maintain a calm and uninterrupted environment for all participants, the studio doors close promptly at the scheduled class time. Late entry is unfortunately not possible once the class has begun. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In the event of illness or a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to find a fair and compassionate solution.
