OUR
RECOMMENDATIONS

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. We do not offer a grace period, and
classes start on time. Once the door is closed, entry will no longer be permitted.

Please respect your body & limits and inform the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns before each class.

No phones during class. Please keep them silent mode or turned off.

Please avoid eating for at least 90 minutes before your practice.

Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or fragrances, as they may interfere with the
practice of others. We recommend practicing barefoot, wearing comfortable clothing, and bringing a towel for perspiration if needed.

You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have one, we are happy to provide one for you. After class, please leave the mat clean.

Parking is available outside the studio.

FAQ

I ve never practiced yoga before. Can I still join?
Absolutely. In yoga, there is no need to fit into a specific level. Every practice is a
personal journey, and everyone is welcome, whether it is your first class or you have been practicing for years. Modifications and variations are always offered, allowing you to practice at a pace that feels comfortable and appropriate for your body.

Can I attend a class without booking online?
Absolutely. You can pay in cash when you arrive but you must book anyway your spot on the webpage, in order to see how many places are available.

Is there a shower available?
Shower facilities are not part of our studio amenities.

Can I take photos or videos during class?
We encourage you to stay present and focus on your practice. However, we understand that you may occasionally wish to capture a moment.

Please keep in mind that permission depends not only on the teacher but also on the comfort and privacy of fellow practitioners. We kindly ask that you respect the
experience of others and obtain approval before taking photos or recording during class.
